Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, & Inclusion
It is the intent and commitment of Bailey’s Team that the principles of DEAI serve as a guiding lens through which we:

• Govern and operate - Think about board diversity and how we run our organization.
• Plan programing – Be mindful of and discuss DEAI and how it influences the programs we support and implement.
• Award funding to external agencies – Consider an agency’s DEAI program commitment including the demographics of the constituents they serve.
• Serve the ASD community – Expand our outreach to meet the needs of all individuals on the spectrum in our catchment area while always mindful of DEAI.
