Core ValuesTRANSPARENCY ACCOUNTABILITY INTEGRITY IMPACT
By providing a high level of TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY in reference to the funds disbursed, Bailey’s Team continues to be a significant resource to the autism community throughout southern New England. The quality of our work and the work that Bailey’s Team financially supports are held to a high standard of excellence and INTEGRITY. Bailey’s Team is a vital partner in the region for organizations providing supports, as well as individuals living with autism and their families with one goal - to positively IMPACT those we serve. Operating with IntegrityA key value that Bailey’s Team’s Board of Directors offers to our supporters and donors is our critical review of funding proposals submitted by agencies serving individuals on the autism spectrum. Our Board’s multi-disciplinary approach & perspective, as first responders, researchers, educators, administrators, therapists, & family members, enables a comprehensive and balanced review of each submitted proposal. This assessment ensures that the funds received from individual donations as well as our events’ successes are directed to programs that deliver impactful outcomes. The Board considers this review process our most important responsibility to both our donors and the autism community. |
